If you have forgotten your username and/or the password you previously set, or the welcome email has expired, follow these instructions:

1. Click on "Forgotten your username or password?" (Text/Link can found on the PPS LMS log-in page you're currently on, below the username/password input fields & above the “Log-In” button text)

2. You can search for your LMS account information (username and/or password) by using your email address. Click on the “Search by email address” tab. NOTE: It must be your @bakerhughes.com email. (Personal email addresses cannot be used instead nor is it recognized by the PPS LMS/BH database).

3. After completing the above step, you will receive an email (to your BH email address) from the PPS LMS (email address: “noreply@ppstraining.learningpool.com”, subject: “Baker Hughes: Process & Pipeline Services Training Learning Management System: Change password confirmation”) with a link that will show you your username and allow you to change your password.

4. When you click the link, you will see your LMS username and be able to create a new password. Be sure to click Save Changes.
Note: You will use this username/password combination going forward to log into the PPS LMS.

**Please note if you are unable to access your Baker Hughes email address, you will need to contact BH IT Department “SOLV” as our team cannot assist with these issues. If you are unable to visit on site/in person, chat/remote access (by connecting to the BH network & visiting the SOLV webpage) you can call them at the following phone number: Eastern Hemisphere: +60 3 2786 7658 | Western Hemisphere: 877-209-7658 & they can further assist you. Ensure when speaking to SOLV that both your (1) email address/access is working & (2) Okta/Microsoft verification {sends a code to your chosen device to verify your ID, after logging into the network} is set up/functional. Your manager can also assist you when contacting SOLV to help guide you thru the process.
